What is CaptionHub?

CaptionHub is a platform that help you produce perfect subtitles for any language at scale. Initial high-accuracy caption and subtitle creation is automated in moments with auto-transcription and machine translation. Post-edit is seamlessly enabled for either in-house or external linguists. We integrate with your video platform, translation memory systems and other technologies.

Can you support all the languages that we need for Canada?

20% of Canadians have French as their first language and a further 20% of Canadians listed a non-official language as their mother tongue. Some of the most common non-official first languages include Chinese (1,227,680 first-language speakers), Punjabi (501,680), Spanish (458,850), Tagalog (431,385), Arabic (419,895), German (384,040), and Italian (375,645). We support all languages in CaptionHub, with over 65 being readily available for machine translation.

You mentioned Canada specific data residency?

That's right. If this is a requirement, we can deploy data residency in Canada whilst maintaining the application and infrastructure layers in Europe. We can also deploy CaptionHub as an on-premise installation.

Do you also provide linguists for translation for our Canadian audience?

No, we don't. CaptionHub is a software platform and we don't have our own linguists. We can however introduce you to one of our specialist linguist partners who are all intimately familiar with CaptionHub and use us to deliver subtitles for the world's largest organisations from Google to Peloton.

How does billing work and how much does CaptionHub cost?
